Piet Piraat is the great-grandson of the notable pirate Karel Karolus Piraat. Grandpa Karolus once found a treasure. He hid the treasure in the ground and made a treasure map, but forgot to identify the place. Now Piet Piraat roams the great waters with his ship ‘De Scheve Schuit’ in search of adventure. He is a tough sailor but has a gingerbread heart. But Piet Piraat cannot do it alone, he has his 3 friends. They eat chunks of bread on the crooked barge. That bread baked by Berend Brokkenpap.
