Synopsis

A vast international plot explodes when a beautiful Jane Doe is discovered naked in Times Square, completely covered in mysterious, intricate tattoos with no memory of who she is or how she got there. But there’s one tattoo that is impossible to miss: the name of FBI agent Kurt Weller, emblazoned across her back. “Jane,” Agent Weller and the rest of the FBI quickly realize that each mark on her body is a crime to solve, leading them closer to the truth about her identity and the mysteries to be revealed.

WHAT GOMOVIESI DOES

Reviews and ratings, organized the way you actually watch

Most rating pages give you a single number and stop there. GoMoviesi goes further, breaking every title down by critic opinion, audience opinion, and — for television — performance at the individual season and episode level. Whether you're picking a movie for tonight or deciding whether a long-running series is worth starting, our goal is to get you a clear answer in under thirty seconds, backed by real data rather than a vague impression.

Dual-Score Ratings

Every movie and show shows a Critic Score and an Audience Score side by side, so you can see where opinion agrees — and where it doesn't.

Season & Episode Breakdowns

TV shows are covered season by season and episode by episode, so you can see exactly where a series is worth pushing through.

Written Reviews

Editorial reviews plus moderated audience reviews, filtered to remove spam, duplicates and off-topic content.

27 Genre Categories

From Action to Western, browse ratings within a genre instead of scrolling an unsorted library.

HOW OUR RATING SYSTEM WORKS

A score you can actually trust

Ratings on GoMoviesi are built from two separate inputs that we never blend without labeling them: a Critic Score based on professional and verified reviews, and an Audience Score based on registered-user votes. We display both, along with the sample size behind them, because a rating without context is just a guess.

For television, we apply the same standard at the episode level first, then roll those numbers up into season and series averages. A season score on GoMoviesi is never a single guess dressed up as a number — it reflects the real average of every episode's real votes.

OUR GOAL

Make honest ratings the default, not the exception.

Streaming libraries keep growing, but the tools to judge what's actually worth watching haven't kept up. GoMoviesi exists to close that gap — one review, one weighted score, one transparent number at a time. No paid placements affect a rating, and no score is inflated to please a studio.

Transparency first

Every score is shown alongside its vote count and source split.

No manipulated votes

Coordinated voting and bot activity are flagged before they touch a score.

Built for TV, not bolted on

Season and episode tracking from day one, not an afterthought.

OUR EDITORIAL PROCESS

Who writes our reviews, and how

Every editorial review on GoMoviesi starts with a full watch, not a trailer skim. Our writers cover pacing, performances, direction, writing and technical craft, then close with a plain-language verdict on who the title is actually for. We avoid vague praise and vague criticism alike — if a review says a film is slow, it explains where and why, so you can judge for yourself whether that will bother you.

Audience reviews go through a lighter but still active moderation pass: submissions are checked for spam links, duplicate text and off-topic content before they're published. We don't remove audience reviews for being negative — only for breaking these basic quality rules. The result is a review section that stays useful even when opinion on a title is sharply divided.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common questions about our ratings

How is the overall score calculated?

We calculate a Critic Score from professional and verified reviewers and an Audience Score from registered viewers, and display both together rather than merging them into one blended figure. This keeps the source of a rating transparent instead of hidden behind a single number.

Can studios or streaming platforms pay to change a score?

No. Ratings on GoMoviesi come entirely from critic reviews and verified audience votes. Advertising on the site is kept separate from the review and ratings process, and no payment can raise or lower a title's score.

Why do TV shows get season and episode ratings instead of just one score?

A single season score can hide a lot — a strong finale can mask a weak middle stretch, or vice versa. By rating at the episode level first and rolling scores up into season averages, we give a more accurate picture of exactly where a show earns its reputation.

How do you stop review-bombing and fake votes?

Our moderation process watches for sudden, coordinated spikes in voting activity, duplicate accounts and bot-like patterns, and flags them before they can affect a public score. Verified accounts with a real watch history carry more weight than brand-new, unverified ones.

Is GoMoviesi free to use?

Yes. Browsing ratings, reading reviews and creating a free account to save titles and vote are all free. Our goal is to keep honest, ad-supported ratings accessible to everyone.
